My freedom is all because of Christ. There is nothing I can do to clean myself up
or make right my wrongs. I am so thankful for His sacrifice so that I can
be with Him, all because of His great love for me. Not sure that I will
ever understand this side of heaven how He could love me like He does, but
thankful just the same that He shows me a little each day about just how much
He does. When I decided to follow Jesus, my life became hidden in His, so
when God looks at me, He is looking at Jesus Christ for I am IN Him. Mind blowing!
“If then you were
raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting
at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not
on things on the earth. For you died,
and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ who is our
life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory” (Colossians 3: 1-4).
